Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in casino/gaming licensing or licensing/compliance.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Familiarity with licensing regulations; Notary public a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review, submit, and track personal gaming licenses (Occupational Licenses) and other license types.
• Gather, maintain, and secure confidential information for licensing purposes.
• Ensure licensing requests are prepared and submitted to regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate fingerprinting and application fees.
• Monitor license expirations and deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital files of submissions and communications.
• Provide excellent service to Licensees, Regulators, HR teams.
• Assist Licensing Team on projects.
