Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail and cashier roles is desired.
• Customer service experience is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers by name when possible as they leave the store.
• Provide fast, accurate, professional checkouts and cashier duties as needed.
• Assist with office duties and store operations as directed.
• Train and support new cashiers and participate in meetings.
