The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to train others while contributing to a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and focused on creating positive customer experiences.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and shelf stocking.
• Team player with ability to train and lead cashiers.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus for bilingual customer interactions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with store point-of-sale and cashier procedures.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure outstanding service at all times.
• Lead by example and train cashiers in front-end duties and policies.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and manage cash during transactions.
• Oversee front-end operations and ensure neat, stocked displays.
• Schedule and coordinate cashier coverage and backup as needed.
• Handle receipts, refunds, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Encourage Ace Rewards and B2B sign-ups and related promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the front-end area.
