Three years of office clerical experience with cash handling are required. The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and timely reporting of financial transactions within a large county system.

• Three (3) years of office clerical experience, two (2) years of which must have been in the handling of cash receipts or disbursements and in the keeping of cash records.

Responsabilidades

• Receives collections by cashiers and totals and balances receipts.
• Creates daily deposit reports and prepares deposit receipts and vouchers.
• Maintains records, funds and valuables and prepares reports through an automated process.
• Oversees revolving funds, issuance of banks, and safekeeping of checks.
• Supervises receipt, chain of custody, and transfer of daily collections.
• Prepares reports of transactions and collections through automation.
