Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with needs and product locations.
• Greet customers, demonstrate products, and help with loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers to areas of the store for projects.
• Explain stock, warranty, and feature benefits related to Lowe's programs.
• Assist in front-end operations and cashier duties as needed.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds per company policies.
• Manage cash and maintain accurate drawer reconciliation.
• Ensure security and loss prevention through awareness and reporting.
