Job summary

Reece USA is hiring a Cash Reconciliation Accountant to manage high-volume reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and ledgers. The role requires deep cash reconciliation expertise, strong analytical judgment, and a disciplined control mindset. The position is hybrid, four days in the office and one day remote each week.

You will prepare journal entries, support month-end close and audits, and collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and IT to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Seven+ years of hands-on cash reconciliation experience.
• Experience reconciling high-volume, complex cash activity across entities/locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash accounts to GL and systems.
• Research and resolve unmatched cash activity, deposits in transit, and timing differences.
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries with clear supporting documentation.
