Job summary

Bell Bank seeks a Senior Analyst in accounting operations to monitor daily cash settlement positions with the Federal Reserve Bank and correspondent banks, supporting liquidity management and funding activities.

You will perform complex reconciliations, prepare journal entries across multiple systems, and assist with regulatory reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years in banking or financial services operations.
• Experience with cash management, liquidity forecasting, or settlement operations preferred.
• Experience with Nautilus, Signature, Cognos, Prologue, Wire Exchange, Viewpointe, Federal Reserve systems, or similar applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, forecast, and manage the Bank's daily cash settlement positions with the Federal Reserve Bank and correspondent banks.
• Coordinate investment and borrowing activities to maintain liquidity and settlement balances.
• Initiate and process wire transfers with Fed and correspondent banks as needed.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for multiple accounts and ledgers.
• Prepare and post journal entries in multiple core systems.
• Support regulatory reporting and escheatment processes.
