Mission Staffing in New York, NY, is assisting a leading financial institution to recruit a Senior Cash Reconciliation Analyst. This role leads cash and position reconciliation for syndicated and bank loan portfolios, with ownership of end-to-end processes and cross-functional exposure.

You will review high-volume accounts, identify root causes of errors, implement improvements, and support automated reconciliation initiatives while monitoring for fraud and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cash reconciliation, loan administration, agency services, loan servicing, or credit operations.
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated bank loans, leveraged loans, and/or private credit facility structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a lookback review of high-volume accounts to identify errors and discrepancies, determine root cause, reconcile outstanding items, and recommend process improvements to minimize future errors.
• Own daily cash reconciliation across a portfolio of syndicated loan facilities and high-volume accounts, including complex multi-tranche and cross-border structures.
• Assist with implementation of automated reconciliation software and external bank data feeds within required timelines per policies and procedures.
• Proactively investigate, escalate, and drive resolution of reconciliation discrepancies, exceptions, and unreconciled items.
• Support administration of amendments, waivers, extensions, and assignments/participations as they impact cash positions.
• Monitor and investigate banking activity for fraud prevention.
