Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Operations Specialist to support daily deposit operations, balance general ledgers, and ensure accuracy of transaction processing. You will act as a knowledge resource for branches and assist with reporting and risk management.

The role requires high school education or GED, at least one year of banking experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Outsource FIS, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Review and process general ledger entries for ATM/ITM balancing and corrections.
• Daily reconciliation of general ledgers to ensure deposit images have processed accurately; research unprocessed images when out of balance.
• Assist banking units with researching teller balancing discrepancies or differences.
• Process teller balancing general ledger entries and corrections.
• Troubleshoot Teller Capture transaction issues and provide solutions.
• Weekly review and processing of general ledger entries for virtual vaults.
• Gather, review, and process items for annual escheatment.
• Recognize problems with potential customer or regulatory impact and elevate to supervisor.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to branches and partners; develop and create reports.
• Inform Manager about monetary risk and potential bank reputational risk.
