Carrington Mortgage Holdings in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cash Management Disbursement Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cash management disbursement team and train associates. The role includes processing loan level disbursements, wire transfers, and reconciliation, with a target pay range of $77,000 to $87,000.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cash management, prior supervisory experience, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in cash management and/or disbursement.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Direct workflow and day-to-day operations of the cash management disbursement team to ensure timely and accurate work is performed.
• Coordinate and execute training plans for staff.
• Communicate with appropriate business units regarding research items, disbursement requests, and process improvements.
• Lead internal and/or external audits for the department; report, resolve and address the finding(s).
• Disburse and oversee disbursement of checks by the staff to vendors, following company cash policies.
