Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive cash management, treasury or mortgage servicing operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading supervisors or operational teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily cash management operations across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, disbursement and reporting of cash transactions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, coaching and mentoring.
• Establish department goals, metrics and service level standards.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, cash movement and liquidity management.
• Provide strategic direction and collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Compliance and IT.
