Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Sr. Cash Applications Analyst to join our Shared Services team in Alpharetta, GA. You will ensure timely posting, reconciliations, and accurate reporting across multiple payment channels in a global manufacturing setting.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA, HighRadius, and BlackLine to automate processes, resolve discrepancies, and provide insights for cash forecasting and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cash applications experience, including 2+ years with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in a shared services environment.
• Experience with cash application automation platforms such as HighRadius, BlackLine, or similar.
• Experience with banking systems and payment API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across assigned accounts.
• Process customer payments via ACH, wire, check and other channels promptly.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash within timelines.
• Investigate payment exceptions with banking partners to resolve issues.
• Document payment applications and exceptions in SAP S/4HANA and BlackLine.
• Perform account-by-account reconciliations between SAP S/4HANA and external sources.
