Job summary

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) operates within the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in the UK, supporting the Supervision and Investigations Service to uphold the Mental Capacity Act and protect those who cannot protect themselves.

Successful candidates will join a team responsible for supervising deputies and investigating concerns, with a focus on delivering timely, professional outcomes and adapting to a flexible hybrid working pattern across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex cases or investigations.
• Strong written, telephone and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
