The Ministry of Justice is seeking a PECS Analysis Team Analyst to support the Prison Escort and Custody Service through data-driven projections, scenario modelling and KPI monitoring. You will work within a hybrid UK-wide framework, engaging with stakeholders to inform outcomes across the Criminal Justice System.

1. What you'll do Background This role sits in the PECs Analysis Team in the Justice System Modelling Division The Prison Escort and Custody Service (PECS) is part of the Contracted Operational Delivery directorate in HM Prison and Probation Service. The role for PECS is to manage the life cycle of the contracts in place to support the secure transport of prisoners across the Criminal Justice System and manage secure court operations. PECS are responsible for the procurement of these services, and onward operational delivery and performance management of suppliers., As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with PECS stakeholders in HMPPS to:

The national salary range is £42,914 - £46,182 London salary range is £49,325- £53,081 Your salary will be dependent on your base location, SEO Prison Escort and Custody Service (PECS) Analysts in the Prison Escort and Custody Service Analysis Team 1. Overview We have 2 SEO roles in the PECS Analysis Team, within the Analysis Directorate. Roles are open to: 1. Existing badged analysts from the professions (GORS/GSS/GES) either on level transfer or on promotion. 2. Other candidates that are not members of GSS and GORS professions but possess and can demonstrate similar experience at the appropriate level.
