Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of case managers and a senior case manager with preparation of service/treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Assist Social Service Director with approval of time records and request for leave.
• Recruiting, supervision, monitoring, and evaluating social services staff to ensure they perform routine daily, weekly, and periodic tasks.
• Cooperate with senior management for initial/renewal programmatic reports and proposals.
• Establishing and implementing schedules and work assignments for social services staff.
• 24/07 on call
