The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed MSW with at least three years of clinical supervisory experience, including work with the mentally ill or homeless population.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with mentally ill and/or homeless population.
• Flexible and comfortable in nontraditional setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven supervisory skills (min 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Case Managers.
• Provide orientation and initial training to new Case Managers and staff.
• Review daily case notes in CARES and ensure 24-hour input by Case Managers.
• Monitor incident reports and attach follow-up notes.
• Approve documentation in all charts.
• Identify and coordinate training needs of staff.
• Facilitate client-focused groups and engagement.
• Cover caseloads when necessary.
• Document client engagement in CARES.
• Audit client charts for compliance.
• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings.
• Approve staff time cards.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
