Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field or related area; two years' experience in case management or substitute with experience.
• One year of management/supervision experience or three years of case management experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
• Previous assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of case manager, carry a caseload as required; counseling, intake, discharge, aftercare, records, and facility maintenance.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee staff responses to shift problems and emergencies.
• Review client paperwork monthly for timely content and quality.
• Monitor client treatment compliance and advise program director on modifications.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to the director.
• Train staff in security procedures, client supervision, and paperwork.
• Oversee urine collections, spot checks, and employment/home visits to document movements.
• Ensure compliance with agency policy and safety procedures.
