The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation is seeking a Case Worker to assess needs of elderly clients and develop service plans to support independence and prevent hospitalization. This on-site role requires travel to client homes and community settings as needed.

Under supervision of the Program Director, you will coordinate with staff, maintain confidential records, and advocate for access to programs and resources while promoting culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
