Job summary

Compass Connections in El Paso, TX, is seeking compassionate staff to support children in foster care. The role includes supervising casework, reunification efforts, and maintaining records to ensure safety and well‑being.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field (or a BA with supervisory experience) and are fluent in English and Spanish. The position runs Sun–Thu, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an excellent benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong supervision and case management experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal/state regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain case load per agency policies and licensing standards.
• Complete Case Management Tracking for each assigned child.
• Review family reunification packets for accuracy and follow up with sponsor.
