Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Case Management Coordinator to support the Pennsylvania Independent Enrollment Broker (PA IEB) program. This hybrid remote role requires travel to our Harrisburg, PA office one week per month and as needed.

You will help individuals access Home and Community Based Services, manage complex cases, and collaborate with state agencies and partners to move applications toward resolution. If you enjoy problem-solving and teamwork that makes a community impact, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong collaboration skills.
• Experience handling complex/escalated cases across multiple systems.
• Ability to communicate with applicants and stakeholders by phone, email, mail, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and escalated cases related to Home and Community Based Services.
• Conduct detailed research across multiple systems to support applications and service requests.
• Coordinate with state agencies, partner organizations, and internal teams to move cases toward resolution.
• Assist with high-volume workloads and help maintain service level commitments.
