Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI) seeks a Senior Associate for Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS). The role focuses on bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and financial statement preparation for diverse clients, requiring integrity and confidentiality.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). January–March extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and common accounting software (Sage/QuickBooks/Xero).
• Available to work extended hours in January through March.
• Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain client accounting records and complete financial statements.
• Assist with payroll, payroll taxes, and sales/use tax filings.
• Provide reliable client service and collaborate with team on engagements.
