Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, trusted relationships.
  • Provide financial and operational insights through the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Develop and present tailored financial strategies to meet clients’ short and long-term business objectives.
  • Assist clients in implementing and optimizing accounting systems and financial processes.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or other relevant standards.
  • Manage and oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines (e.g., tax filings, financial audits).
  • Work closely with the Client Advisory team and other departments to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to staff accountants, assisting with complex client needs and skill development.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including onboarding new clients and identifying additional service opportunities for existing clients.
  • Leverage cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) to manage client accounts.
  • Stay updated on emerging accounting technologies and recommend tools that add value to clients.

The Client Advisory Service (CAS) Senior plays a key role in delivering exceptional

accounting, advisory, and financial consulting services to clients. This individual will
