Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Carrier Deal Desk Manager, AMER (Commercial Finance), to lead the financial assessment of complex carrier agreements and shape deal structures.

You will deliver clear recommendations to executive decision-makers and act as a strategic partner to Carrier Relations in AMER. You will build deal models, establish guardrails, and drive negotiations while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial or strategic finance involving complex agreements.
• Strong financial modeling and risk assessment abilities.
• Experience leading high-stakes vendor negotiations and structuring pricing.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial diligence for complex AMER carrier agreements and wholesale transactions.
• Build and review deal models and guardrails; recommend structures.
• Partner with Carrier Relations and Routing Operations to drive decisions.
• Translate requirements into CRM/CLM workflow controls.
• Track commitments post-signature and identify emerging exposure.
• Coach analysts and collaborate with Finance Director on deal desk operations.
