Job summary

Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport and Quaker Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced Agents to partner with our growing trucking network. Earn 85% revenue sharing with rapid onboarding and weekly settlements, plus nationwide O/O and driver recruiting support.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Strong knowledge of intermodal/flatbed/van/reefers/specialized loads preferred.
• Ability to recruit and onboard owner-operators and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with carriers and owner-operators to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate dispatch and operations to ensure on-time performance.
• Support driver recruitment and earnings through referrals and incentives.
