Job summary

Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport and Quaker Transport, Inc. is seeking experienced Agents to join our growing carrier network. If you have hands-on dispatch/operations experience and a proven track record, we want to partner with you.

We offer an 85% revenue share, weekly driver payouts, and nationwide O/O and driver recruiting support. Interchange with all ship and rail lines is part of our backbone, with quick approval processes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Must have at least one year working in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Must have O/O following.
• BoB experience or familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Owner/Operator drivers and carriers to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with ship & rail lines and use dispatch software provided.
• Manage referrals and sales support to grow the network.

$32 bobtail & Phys damage is $.0450%

Agent receives 85% of revenue.

100% of FSC goes to the Owner/Operator

Drivers pay settled weekly. EFS fuel Cards

Agents settled weekly after a 2 week hold back.
