Job summary

Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport and Quaker Transport, Inc. are seeking experienced agents to join our growing team in the U.S. trucking network.

You will earn an 85% share of revenue and weekly settlements after a brief holdback, with nationwide owner-operator and driver recruiting support. Interchange agreements are in place with ship and rail lines; ELDs are provided by KEEPTRUCKIN, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Experience with intermodal/flatbed/van/reefers a plus.
• Familiarity with revenue sharing models and agent referrals would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch/operations for owner-operators and drivers.
• Support sales and recruiting efforts to grow the driver network nationwide.
• Assist with onboarding and referrals to maximize revenue sharing potential.
