Job summary

Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport and Quaker Transport, Inc. are seeking seasoned agents to partner with their growing trucking network.

Agents enjoy an 85% revenue share and a scalable referral program designed for high performers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year working in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Experience working with intermodal/flatbed/van/reefers/specialized equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refer drivers and operators to the network.
• Assist with onboarding and qualification of owner/operators.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pickup and delivery.
• Provide ongoing sales support and referrals.
