Job summary

Pioneer Transport, Falcon Transport and Quaker Transport, Inc. is seeking capable Agents to join our growing network. We offer strong revenue sharing with Agents and comprehensive support to ensure reliable delivery and growth in the trucking sector.

Agents can expect an 85% revenue share, with 100% FSC directed to Owner/Operator, weekly settlements after a brief holdback, and nationwide O/O and driver recruiting support. Experience in dispatch/operations is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year in dispatch/operations for a carrier or as an agent.
• Intermodal/flatbed/van/reefers/specialized experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Agents earn 85% of revenue.
• 100% FSC goes to Owner/Operator.
• Weekly settlements after a 2 week holdback.
