Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential and commercial remodeling/new construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specs.
• Experience with project estimating and material takeoffs.
• Proven proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, tile, drywall, roofing, concrete, painting, millwork, flooring, siding, grading and trim work.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing residential and commercial construction company as a skilled carpenter.
• Perform remodeling and new construction tasks from framing to finish.
• Read blueprints and ensure work meets codes and specs.
• Support estimating and material takeoffs as needed.
