Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential and commercial remodeling/new construction experience.

• Experience with project estimating and material takeoffs.
• Proven proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, tile, drywall, roofing, concrete, painting, millwork, flooring, siding, grading and trim work.

Experienced Carpenter – Residential & Commercial Construction

A growing residential and commercial construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in remodeling and new construction projects, with a strong understanding of all phases of construction from framing to finish work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Experience with project estimating and material takeoffs.
• Proven proficiency in:
