Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a good attendance record.
• Strength to lift up to 50 pounds from ground to above head.
• Dexterity with both hands and good eyesight.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work accurately and independently.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and components using hand and power tools.
• Compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete work with a focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and project schedules.
• Assist with material handling, deliveries, and site logistics to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and reinforcing safe practices.
• Take initiative and perform other duties as required to support project success.
