Job summary

PCL Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Laborer (ND) in Fargo to support our Midwest Buildings District. You will report to the site, assist the superintendent, and help prepare and clean up construction areas, including material handling, digging, and minor demolitions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic tool knowledge, safety commitment, and the flexibility to work in changing environments. Pre-employment drug screening and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge and use of hand and power tools.
• High regard for safety and pride for quality of work.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Able to multi-task and ask questions as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, ready to work safely and learn.
• Assists project superintendent where needed.
• Loads or unloads construction materials.
• Cleans and prepares construction sites as needed.
• Hand Digging, Trench work, Minor demolitions.
• Other duties as required.
