Job summary

Razorjack Recruiting seeks an experienced Lead Carpenter/Foreman to run crews on commercial and residential projects. You will oversee framing, trim/cabinetry, flooring, tile, and drywall, read plans, manage materials and scheduling, and supervise crews and subs while ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires proven leadership, strong carpentry skills across multiple trades, and the ability to coordinate a team to deliver on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven lead carpenter or foreman experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and lead a crew.
• Strong all-around skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and drywall.
