Job summary

Fresh Start Contracting Corp. is seeking a List Services Lead Technician in Massachusetts. The role requires leading carpentry work on varied projects, managing the daily site flow, coordinating with the Project Manager and client stakeholders, and ensuring safety and quality from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have extensive carpentry experience, a valid CSL, and can oversee budgets, scheduling, and on-site decision making while maintaining organized, clean job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8 years’ carpentry/construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction, remodeling trades, materials, codes, and safety.
• Must hold Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (CSL).
• Must have essential hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction plans.
• Meet with PM, Owners, and Architect to review project.
• Review budgets with PM throughout project.
• Perform hands-on daily carpentry tasks from demolition to finish.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and site cleanliness.
