Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Lead Carpenter to oversee residential and light commercial projects across the region in Massachusetts. You will perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry, including cabinet, trim, and door installation, while ensuring safety and adherence to exact specifications.

You will lead and mentor a team of carpenters, coordinate with designers and project managers, and serve as a professional, customer-facing representative.
