• 3–5 years professional carpentry experience.

• Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor certification.
• Construction Supervisor License to be obtained within first year.

• Finalize punch list tasks to ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with planning and production departments.
• Ensure prompt responses to all professional emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Submit all required documentation, including receipts, reimbursement forms, and timesheets.
• Participate in all necessary company and production-related meetings.
• Utilize relevant project management software and digital tools to support daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 to 5 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Demonstrated history of managing construction crews or overseeing remodeling projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential construction and renovation practices.
