Haynes Group in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled carpenter to join the team on commercial projects, including interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, ceilings, and finishing tasks. You will bring your own basic hand tools and transport to sites, work with supervisors, and uphold safety standards.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Must provide own basic hand tools and transportation to and from job sites.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Complete task-specific work on commercial projects, including interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, finishing.
• Read and understand plans and specifications.
• Work with project managers and supervisors to maintain schedules and subcontractor scope.
• Assist supervisor with punch lists and closeout.
• Develop client relationships on applicable projects.
• Assist supervising in directing subcontractors and vendors while managing quality and time.
• Understand subcontractor scope and manage change orders.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors.
• Complete OSHA 10 training if not already.
• Follow safety procedures.
