Job summary

dnata USA is seeking a Cargo Operations Manager to lead the station's cargo warehouse and service activities at the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will supervise Cargo Supervisors and Agents, manage staffing, training, and labor costs, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate with airline customers and government agencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet service levels and budgets.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in air cargo, warehouse, logistics, airline, or transportation operations.
• Three years leading supervisors or operational teams.
• Experience managing staffing, schedules, overtime, productivity, customer requirements, and costs.
• Experience working in a safety‑sensitive, regulated, and customer‑focused operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the station's daily cargo warehouse and service operations.
• Manage staffing, training, attendance, overtime, and labor costs.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the operation.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and cost controls for the station.
• Coordinate with airline customers, airport authorities, and support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause issue resolution.
• Oversee scheduling, workload, and overtime across shifts.
• Maintain records for training, inspections, incidents and quality.
