Ivy Park Cathedral Hill, managed by Ivy Living, seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and daily care needs, promoting independence and quality of life. This role requires compassion, reliable communication, and teamwork within a caring community.

Competenze

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical and TB).

Mansioni

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor immediately of observed changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
