Ivy Park Cathedral Hill, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Care Provider for the PM shift (Sunday-Thursday) in San Francisco. This entry-level role trains you to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity, safety, and compassionate care in a comfortable senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
