Ivy Park Cathedral Hill, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents, enhancing independence and quality of life. This full-time AM shift (Tuesday–Saturday) includes on-site responsibilities within a premier senior living community in San Francisco, CA.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. A strong customer service mindset and compassion for the elderly are essential, with health and safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any observed or suspected changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
