Job summary

Ivy Park at Hayward, a premier senior living community, seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily activities and maintain their independence. You will support ADLs, respond promptly to needs, and uphold dignity and safety in a collaborative team environment.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide training. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, pass background checks and health screenings, and follow safety/PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in residents' condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
