Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, assist with ADLs, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, engage residents in conversations and activities, and collaborate with families and care leaders. Our program offers paid training and career growth, with a pay range of $18.92 to $23.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
