Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on personal care, follow ISP guidelines, and support dining and daily activities to promote residents' dignity and safety.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families, participate in Memory Care activities where needed, and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive team focused on quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
