Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in New Jersey. You will provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, follow ISP and document changes, promote safety, dignity and independence, and engage residents in daily conversations and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
