Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for Oakmont of Agoura Hills, a premier senior living community in California. This on-call position offers shift flexibility to cover All shifts.

The role focuses on personal assistance, daily care, and enhancing residents’ independence and quality of life in line with our mission and values. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and excel in customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening tests including TB.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
