Cordata Court Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregiver/Care Partner. The role focuses on delivering compassionate daily care to our senior residents in a respectful, home-like setting.

We offer competitive wages ($21.00–$24.00 per hour) with a $1.50 shift differential, flexible FT/PT scheduling, and extensive benefits. Join us to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives every day.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience working with older adults.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• HCA and/or CNA certification has priority.
• Ability to life and/or move up to 50 pounds; up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents.
