LakeHouse Senior Living in Ohio is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. You will help with daily activities, ensure safety, and promote residents’ independence in a respectful, home-like environment.

This role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and a supportive culture. Previous senior care experience is preferred, and a CNA certification is welcomed but not required.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident's room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Ausbildung

Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred
