Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensuring consistent resident care while coaching the caregiving team. You will supervise assignments, monitor changes, and promote safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards.
• Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members.
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions.
