Job summary

Avenues Home Care is seeking dedicated Private Duty Caregivers to provide personal care to the elderly, disabled, and vulnerable individuals in Brentwood and surrounding areas. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, maintaining their safety, and reporting any changes in condition.

This position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, providing flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• CNA License or alternate experience as a caregiver preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in care plan.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Report daily activities through agency management system.
